Navigating Your Radiant Moments Patient Portal

Radiant Moments Pediatric Therapy uses Ambiki as our electronic medical records system. Your patient portal is also housed within Ambiki. Let's learn how to easily use our speech therapy patient portal to:
View upcoming appointments
Complete intake documents
Access session notes, plans of care, and evaluation reports
Update insurance and payment information
Download invoices
Send your therapist a message and/or documents
This guide shows you how to securely manage your child’s records, payment information, and therapy documents all in one convenient portal.
View Upcoming Appointments
You can view a list of your child's upcoming appointments on your Ambiki Dashboard.

Complete Intake Documents
From the Documents tab, you will see if you have intake documents that need to be completed (indicated with a red pen).

Access Your Child's Clinical Documents
From the Documents tab, you can scroll down to view and/or download your child's session notes, plans of care, evaluation reports, and/or discharge notes.

Update Insurance & Payment Information
Under the Billing tab, you can view which insurance and credit card is on file. If your insurance changes, please let Radiant Moments know as we need to update this on our end. You do have the option to add a new credit card, but please let Radiant Moments know which is your preferred method of payment.
On the Billing tab, you can scroll down to view and download invoices and superbills.

Send a Message/Attachment in Ambiki Patient Portal
Navigate to https://ambiki.com/patient-portal/dashboard
Click "Patient messages" to compose your message to your therapist

Click "Compose/reply"

Click "Attach Files"
